How exactly was the gene pool supposed to "clean them out"? Obviously they won't reproduce, but you phrase it as though something was supposed to kill them off before they "get old enough and angry enough to commit acts of terror".

Cleaning them out is them not being able to find a mate. These "Robert Crumb" men have little to no chance of anyone finding them attractive enough to lay with them. Because of that they won't get married at the same rates of normal men or have children at the same rate. It's a passive cleaning of the gene pool. I do believe a lot of what can solve the incel problem can be found on how young boys interact with each other. These incels are not learning how to handle adversity or conflict just to be comfortable being a little bitch. 

I am just saying a fist fight can teach a boy his place, how to escalate or deescalate future problems and have some confidence in themselves.
