Well look at this logically. Will there be another Smash game for the switch after ultimate? Can never say for sure however the overwhelming odds are no. We already have four (two versions assumed of each game) Pokemon titles confirmed for the Switch and I feel comfortable saying we'll have another 2 to 4 before the life of the Switch is complete.
So because you only have a single choice for one title with absolutely zero internal competition against it, Smash will outsell any Pokemon on the switch.
