Well, that sucks for Belgium I guess. However, I guess that makes sense as there'd then be the dilemma of who would get the UK's medals - England, Scotland, Wales, Ireland and Northern Ireland would all have been a part of the team.

I assume England as FIFA consider Russia as inheriting the Soviet Union's legacy.
