I remember when they increased the number of teams. I thought that was good because for non-European countries, they only get to play this once every 4 years.
(I feel like Copa America doesn't quite have the same prestige as the Euro Cup, and many non American countries can't participate in it anyway.)
Didn't think about how that would affect the Round of 16, but makes sense.

I screwed up at first, only some 3rd placed teams advanced, not all.
