I'm speechless. Not only that the court accepted the lawsuit but that the judge overruled the parents.
I never, ever want to hear a Canadian talk shit on the US justice system again. This is several times more ridiculous than most peoples' example of how the US court system fails, the infamous McDonald's coffee lawsuit.
