I give Portugal credit for winning but let´s be fair. They technically drew all games except 2 one of which Ronaldo didnt even play. And don´t act like Portugal is this hit team with just Ronaldo. Bernardo Silva, Moutinho, Patricio, Queresma, Guerreiro, Gomes (He isnt there now but he was good at the Euros), Jao Mario, Sanchez (Was also amazing at the euros but has turned shit now) and Guedes who has had an amazing season with Valencia. Ronaldo is easily their main player but even without Ronaldo they have a good squad. Messi is doing it with a coach that obviously doesnt know how to play Argentina. I find it sad for him in the WC of 2014 he and Mascherano stood miles above the rest of the squad and now its almost as if he has never accomplished anyhing with Argentina. 2 Copa america finals and a WC final. I´d say being the 2nd in the world is a pretty big achievement especially if you consider that the germany squad they lost to smashed Brazil 7-1. I just find it harsh to see how people react to someone who is obviously one of the best if not the best player of all time.
