That's a pretty good list of software, but I don't think it's going to be enough to take Q1 2019.  One huge factor is that PS4 is an aging system and most people that want one have already bought one.  Switch is new, and people are waiting for their key game before they get one.

So, I think PS4 is going to dominate this year up until November or December, and then Switch will take over the hardware charts.  This is really about Generation 8 dying off and Generation 9 coming into its own.  It will happen right at the end of this year.  That's when Switch will overtake PS4 for good.

Yeah, PS5 has been on the market for a while. Though since it's still selling really well, I'm starting to wonder how far it can go if they cut the price further. (And I'm not sure they will ever get to that attractive $199 permanently at this point.)

Yeah I expect them to cut the price before the holidays this year.  That is why I'm not willing to predict November will go to Nintendo even with a Pokemon game coming out.  Still, the PS4's peak year will either be last year or this year.  (The two years will be close.)  The $300 price tag doesn't seem to be hindering most people from buying.  The world economy is very good right now, much better than it was during most of the PS3 years.  The price cut to $200 will give PS4 a boost, but it won't be nearly as big as the drop from $400 to $300.  Most PS4 buyers have already bought.
