England were really made to work for that win, but then several other teams expected to do better than them either drew or lost. Doubt that says much in reality about England's chances but suggest there could be some really shocks in the knockout stages. Personally think Iceland could reach the last 8 if they are as disciplined as they have been the last few years. England will just be glad they won't face them any time soon.
Belgium I still think could be dark horses if they begin to click. France, Argentina and Germany were all disappointing.
