No. Compare the Switch Docked AND Undocked against the Xbox One.
Then you have a fair comparison.

I think the best and fairest comparison would be docked v XB1 and undocked v mobile/$300 laptop.

Slightly off topic but would it be possible (cheap) to make a dock capable of interlacing 2 x 30fps sources to deliver 60fps?
