But the main benefit for mainstream gamers is that... The baseline from the Xbox One/Playstation 4 will be increased rather significantly, which tend to be the targets for technology/game engines.
...Remember, just because the Playstation 4 Pro and Xbox One X exist... The majority of console games are actually on the Playstation 4 and Xbox One.
