I own every Halo game on every platform that exists. Even a bad Halo game tends to still be somewhat enjoyable.
The game engine/visuals alone is worth the purchase in my opinion.

As for Pre-Orders, it's $10. It's a physical copy.
And by law... I am always entitled to a refund. - And I am not afraid to take the legal route against a business if I have to, did with EA and they copped a fine... And I still got my refund. ;)
