JRPGs are a thing on forums and we as nerds like to talk about them, but in the real world not many people really care.
Just check the Top100 best selling games for the PS4. Besides Final Fantasy, which is on Xbox anyway, there are 2 (!!!) JRPGs
Dragon Quest XI on number 96
Persona on Number 100.
That is it.
JRPGs is a genre MS should not invest time and money in.
Imagine not having GamePass on your console...
