Sorry but no. When you buy the studio you buy more than the bricks, you buy IPs, knowledge, so it costs more than creating a new one. Now if you want to talk bout being easier sure.

IP is PART of building a new studio, IP can be purchased without purchasing the company. Far better to get the whole bundle with staff. time to staff up a new studio is time consuming, expensive and uncertain as to the outcome.
