Gabe just doesn't want to adress the probleem for a while now. It's kinda of ironic that a man of his age and stature doesn't understand that the previous gaming crash was largely because gamers lost focus on quality control. You would think Valve would take great steps in setting and keeping a good brand value for Steam. But apparently not
