L.C.E.C: It's a bad attitude to hype up games like Ninja Gaiden II and Bioshock and then say that a game like Viva Pinata is bad. We should be supporting variety in our games regardless of console. and Viva Pinata, while not the best game ever made, is a sign that there is still hope for Rare.

 

lol, awesome. Also, I agree, Viva Pinata, as well as Kameo are pretty good games, despite how they "look" to hardly-core gamers.

 

"look"? my cousin has the damn game! I [against my will] played it and I didn't like it. I don't like Viva Pinata. I didn't say it was "bad", just that I wouldn't buy it based on my experience of his prefrences. I Particularily don't like Animal Crossing (WW was kinda fun, but not that entertaining to me), and I don't like many other games for that matter. I'm not trying to "hype up" NGII. I'm just stating my opinion. Kameo, I don't remember that well, but I remember playing an in-store demo and it didn't leave any bad or frustrating memories so it can't be too bad.

And "hardly-core"? WTF? I am far from that "core" group that think halo 3 and madden are the world's best games. If anything I am a true hardcore gamer. I still play mario, sonic, pikmin, and tons of other games that "look kiddy" because they are FUN and I don't care what others think. I don't just play games because they "look cool". Why do you think I bought a Wii first? because looks (graphics) aren't everything.

Anyways, I edited my post and put in why I said I wouldn't buy it

I'm not a "core" gamer and that's that.
