Quantic Dream games are supposed to be a narrative driven game with simple commands to interact and decide.

It's supposed to convey emotion heavy experience.

It's supposed to have great graphics and good face models.

Best metric in this case is seeing how the people that is their core market are very favorable of it.

To me HR and B2S were sucesfull in achieving what I expected. Will play Detroit to see as well.

Aliens CM and Duke NF were both trash level.

Should we keep remembering you that Detroit is 80 average so the low scores are really showing to be out of place? While ACM and DNF are very badly regarded and reviewed even on average. Totally exaggeration fallacy attempt.

The low reviews make the 80 average you´re pretty much just saying we should all give it good reviews because the metascore is around 80 so everyone should give it an 80. The games been received well give it a break man. It all depends on who´s playing Beyond two souls did not convey emotion to me, for me Beyond didnt have any merit and I would unironically give it a 3/10. You have to enjoy a game for it to be worth anything. You cant just check off bases and be like ´everything is there but I hated every second of it guess ill give it a 8/10´. Not everyone agress with eachother thats why sites like Metacritic only hold merit if you´re already interested in what you´ve seen of the game. People really should find a reviewer that have the same taste as them in games just so people wont focus on just the metascore anymore.

the 2 40 reviews impacted it about 1 point. So nope the game isn't sitting on the 80's because of those silly reviews.

I haven't said everybody should give it 80, what I said is that when a game accomplishes it's mission and deliver it's content as expected by their target base a 40 is obnoxious.

If you want to review games on your personal enjoyment and give 3/10 for a good working game that is your problem. But you make it pretty clear you hate the genre.
