This is like saying the Speaker of the House of the Representatives is the president because in some situations with President and Vice-President unavailable he have "the power". They were acting President.

In Brazil just last month the President was travelling, we don't have a Vice because the Vice became president after impeachment. And due to elections being this year if the president of the congress or senate assumed the role of president even for a day they wouldn't be able to be elected on the positions they wanted. So both also traveled. So for like 3 days our supreme court president have been the president in charge. Didn't need to call herself President, but she was.

But if calling one self President is what you need, them we have a lot of Napoleons out there.

Bruce Wayne and Lara Croft are the same people. White. Ever since they started. They might change Minor details that weren't fully explained before, but how can they possibly change skin color or gender? That's just stupid. And they don't have to just to stay relevant. They've been freaking straight white for years and they will never have to change.
