I wouldn't say they are happy. You have MS spending less money and time on the console side of things, and seemingly trying to draw people back to PC with GAAS that will be on both. Not sure if that's going to work for them, but it may. I do think they are going to give it a pretty good try next gen, with XB2. Though, it'll be interesting to see if they even have exclusives on it, instead choosing to release it on both XB2 and PC.
