Exactly this with 5G technology being standardized ... (even 4G is competent enough for streaming purposes and there are mobile data service providers out there that have plans for unlimited data too)
And in Nintendo's most important markets (US & Japan) has a 90+% regional coverage too so being always connected is closer to a future they want ...
