Will Capcom force digital cloud rentals in PS5 and Next Xbox if Resident Evil 7 cloud version succeeds?

The problem is , it's not just consoles, all gaming platform including PC , Arcade, Mobile phones , handled will be a cloud service in the future (probably in 20 to 30 years from now)
