You'll need to make an average for the whole official May NPD period, so starting 5/05/2018 (don't know the end date yet). 

is that what he does already? a few days wont effect things much.

Hes saying for may so far:

PS =  leader
NS =  73% of PS4 sales
XB1 = 41% of PS4 sales

Basically for May with his progress NPD prediction, with the avg for month (29days of tracking) it looks like it ll be PS4 > NSW > XB1.

Unless Im missing something? or mis-understanding something?
