what will you do when guns are banned and people resort to knives or homemade bombs?

will you then take away my ability to chop my carrots for my salad? or fertilise my crops so i'll have some food to put on my plate?

I know it's difficult for you, but use some logic. Is it more efficient to kill with a gun or a knife? Is it easier for police or even someone at the scene to disarm someone armed with a gun or a knife?

It's America. It's completely unrealistic for all shootings to stop even with stricter gun control, but this country has to find a way to at the very least lessen both the amount and frequency of these tragedies.

With all that said, I'm gonna ask you the same thing to someone here I haven't gotten an answer on. Do you think school shootings are a problem in America?

the implication i'm assuming is that a society would be safe and have no mass killings if guns could be removed... but that's nonsense

there are 6 guns to every american in the country, lets say you completely stop new guns from being distributed... what are you going to do about all the guns already circulating around?

murder is an existential problem... i'd think anyone past the age of 10 understands that and funny enough the statistics show that its a problem that has been reducing with time
