On pay gap...
Serious studies that consider that female nurse and male neurosurgeon aren't the same profession so paygap isn't due to gender and other similar considerations show that in Germany it seems to be around 7% as quoted in another thread in VGC.
And the 7% have much explanation on time worked and experience.
