Not saying it's bad, but it's clearly lacking the kind of polish exclusive games can get.

Saying the game is polished because it is an exclusive is doing SSM discredit. The game is polished due to the amazing team at Sony Santa Monica, not because it is an exclusive. 

You're saying, when comparing exclusives to non-exclusives, the ratio of polish/quality would be at least roughly the same?
