Do you have Public Health System in your Country? Do you like it? Or would prefer it to be private? (NHS related)

It happens with private healthcare as well.  They can and do deny your claims, make you pay the big bucks. 

I have no idea how it works in other cou tries, but at least in Brazil a good insurance should never give you troible unless some specific exams andbthe most expensive, like a pet scan or a very long series or fisio, or cancer treatment. An MRI would never be a problem.
