You brought up Chicago. I'm saying closing gun show loopholes and making transporting firearms across illegal at a federal level (among other stricter gun laws) can help curb homicides in that city.
The thread started on school shootings. You could read my thoughts a page back on curbing that and as well as homicides in general.
I am also asking your thoughts on curbing both gun crimes and school shootings. I'm also asking if you believe school shootings in America are a problem.
