The Brady Bill only requires that federally licensed sellers perform background checks, which does not cover unlicensed party sellers, many of which you see at said gun shows. You could stop playing stupid now.

Anyway, this all comes down to this question: Do you believe school shootings are a problem in the United States? If your answer is yes, please feel free to put up any type of solution. If your answer is no, then we're just like Congress and stuck in a stalemate, stay the course, and continue to send thoughts and prayers to the next victims of school shootings.
