That's very disappointing.
I almost bought the first game several times on Steam but user reviews always made me change my mind. It just seemed to have way too many issues. With the second game, however, I hoped that the influx of money from the first game and Microsoft's support would result in a far more polished and accessible product. Honestly, I don't understand why that would not be the case.
I might check back on it a few months from now to see if it has become a better game. Of course, there was also a lot of controversy with the first game where they repackaged it as a new edition instead of giving the upgrades to the original customers.
