Its about having 2-3 great IPs at least every year, and being able to go 2-3 years before any of those IPs see a sequel. Well he have had 10 years at the position to start that, so saying from now it would take 3 years to start releasing something and still would take longer for 3 a year shouldn't excuse the idling of prior.
