Bloodborne
At first Bloodborne was my second favorite but after a long time of thinking and replaying all the souls game I've got to put bloodborne on top, the fast paced gameplay, world design, lore, story are just so top notch.
Demons Souls (as a very very close second)
Originally my favorite, its the one that started it all, I played it when It launched but aside from nostalgia, its got some of the more inventive bosses, great levels, and I love the lore and story. The characters are probably my most favorite in the series. Also I'm one of the few people who actually really enjoys the world and character tendency mechanic
Dark Souls 1
For dark souls specicifically, I rank 1 better than 2 or 3 mainly because I have the least amounts of complaints for Dark souls 1 over the other 2 games. But still all the games I would give around a 9 out of 10 ( Dark souls 2 I'd give an 8.5)
