Can't say that is true; GTA SA had far more sandbox type features from more vechs to customizable characters; GTA IV had as much customization as VC; less vechs than SA and prob the same as VC and better graphics. And what gameplay depth? Other than the cover system its the same as all the others(Not that the cover system helped; ducking and getting insta headshots was far superior), and for the love of god don't say the story had depth it was the same as all the others(revenge) without the money incentive.
I do agree neither game deserves a 10 but GTA IV is not better than MGS4 at all. It was a graphics upgrade and almost nothing more when you factor in what features were added and which got cut out.
