Do you think Metroid Prime 4 will have realistic graphics?

I expect the same art style as the previous Prime games. Though obviously the graphics will be far more advanced than the previous titles and in HD. So yes it will have a realistic graphics style but with the normal sci-fi art direction of metroid games.
