MGS4 deserves a solid 9 for being the best interactive movie you've ever watched. GTA4 I'd give 9.5 for actually having decent gameplay depth and being the best sandbox game ever made.

Oh come on, I'm almost at the end and I've had over 50% of my play time be cutscenes...Story is great, and gameplay is good too but there is not enough of gameplay. This is a videogame afterall isn't it... Roger Ebert should review this game as much as IGN.

If you took the story and mission creativity from MGS4 and added some stealth elements from splinter cell and gunplay of Gears of War...youd have a game thats rated 10.
