Did Nintendo originally announce a family plan for Online pricing?

Cause it sounds like it may be that the cheaper individual price may only allow that user to access online etc (whereas on XB and PS a single plan could allow other users to play online and access the PS+ games). Granted the family plan is a pretty good deal.

also seems like you get NES games too.

Yeah pretty sure the family plans new, I don't remember it ever being mentioned before.
