MCU works because they're all based in the same universe to begin with, Nathan Drake meeting alloy/kratos makes no sense at all, and having portals that take them to each others realities of whatever is just cheesy.
So no it wouldn't work. Existing IPs already based in universes that could conceivably be the same would work.
