There are some that ignore that even on launch when PS4 was 400 and the bundle was 450, with more than 1 option of bundle and also the vanilla... if someone is buying the console for the game it's much more the bundle selling a HW than the SW since there were lot of bundles before that point in time.

I believe some GT have had very good FW... but since you are meaning just FW and exclusive I wouldn't know without doing research if any had a bigger FW... I guess none have done it, since I believe more and more people are buying day one.
