Besides the point that it would be very hard to release a PS4 Portable with current tech, unless they could make the OS, API or other to "translate and reduce resources demand" so a Portable could run PS4 native code taking 2 or 4x less processing and of course putting 720p30fps with some loss on IQ.
They have no reason to drop out PS4Slim and even less to cut PS4Pro to 199.
