Theory/Prediction: Sony is about to reveal a Portable PS4

Guys, I think I found it.
A leaked image of the PS4 Portable.

Looks like we are getting a PSVR Portable too!

Edit:
Yes it is possible to build a 720p PS4 equivalent, today.
Games may need to be updated to support such a device, and Sony probably wouldn't be able to sell it (for a profit) at 300 USD.
