I love how Maya and/or Autodesk product experience is played up as a big piece of evidence. Autodesk is THE 3D modeling and animating software brand used throughout the industry. Unless you are doing 2D art, you will want that.
A job listing detail like that is about as informative as one that said "looking for people who can type, preferrably have experience with computers"
