Pillars of Eternity 2: Deadfire will be supported by three post-release expansions, Obsidian announced today, with the first, a journey to the island home of a doomsday cult, set to arrive in July. Entitled Beast of Winter, the expansion will also open the doors to The Beyond, "a mysterious dimension populated by ancient souls and filled with devilish challenges."

A new batch of nerfs and buffs announced as part of Ubisoft’s new Designer Notes series could see a significant shift in the Rainbow Six Siege meta. The most notable is a hard nerf for Lion, who has seen a near-100 percent pick rate throughout the Pro League since his release. Other important changes include a mix-up with Hibana’s kit, Vigil’s gadget, and a universal damage buff for light machine guns.

During an AMA today on the game’s subreddit with members of the balancing team, Rainbow Six Siege developers hinted at changes to the speed and armor dynamic of the game coming soon. Currently the mobility and durability of Siege's 36 operators are rated between one and three. Bulkier operators like Rook move more slowly and have larger hitboxes, but in theory make up for their slowness with greater damage resistance. However, in practice, fast-movers with smaller hitboxes tend to win gunfights if they make small, quick peeks.

Off the back of some theories about the incoming destruction of Titled Towers, more evidence has surfaced in Fortnite's latest 3.6 update. Players have noticed UFO-shaped stars (maybe just UFOs?) dotting the sky around the mysterious comet in the sky. Take a look at Reddit user Niels_Kooloos clips to see one of the celestial objects for yourself. Not everyone is convinced they're UFOs, saying they're just strange new stars, but I can't help it. I want to believe.

This morning Bungie rolled open the giant steel blast doors on the upcoming Destiny 2 expansion Warmind. As part of reveal stream on its Twitch channel, we got our first look at Hunter Gunslinger Ana Bray, scion of the Clovis Bray Corporation of the Golden Age, as well as the new Escalation Protocol horde mode, details of the Warmind campaign, weapons and armor, and big changes to Exotics coming in season 3.

To Leave isn't shy about its themes. As Ecuadorian developer Freaky Creation puts it, it explores "manic-depressive illness, social alienation, and the burning desire to bring all inner and outer pain to an end." Its protagonist, Harm, is a young boy with bipolar disorder (the more modern term for manic-depression) who hopes to use his magic door to solve the world's problems and his own.

Shudderwock, the most talked about legendary card in Hearthstone's newly released The Witchwood expansion, is getting a soft nerf and a much-needed fix in an upcoming update, Blizzard announced today. The number of Battlecries he can repeat is being capped at 20, and more importantly, the speed of his animations is being doubled. Likewise, the speed of Lifedrinker's Battlecry, the linchpin in the Shudderwock burn combo, will also be sped up.

The "Insane" lifestyle trait in The Sims 4 causes the game's characters to "talk to themselves and have unpredictable emotions": They may also talk to random objects sometimes, or flirt with themselves in a mirror. Or at least, that's what it used to do. As Kotaku noticed and EA confirmed, the trait was recently renamed to "Erratic."
