Doubtful. It's still a long way behind GTAV and GTAV is still regularly high up on charts.

Oops, my bad. I was looking at the wiki page of best selling PS4 games and they have GTAV at a mere 2m, which I thought was weird but then thought maybe it sold most of its copies on PS3/360. Shoulda known not to go by that.
