There apparently are two patches for the game already. One 900MB and the other around 5GB.

Though I have never quite got the handle of buying digital with regards to the game versions, so i don't kno if the version of the game i just downloaded includes the patches or if I will end up downloaing those too.

If I remember correctly, I think the patches now download at the same time.
