Not when you think that whatever it is is bad for the industry. I'm not saying it is or isn't but, that's what a lot of them think. And if someone thinks something is bad for the industry, why WOULDN'T they root against it?

Pretty that isnt the reason (most) people would root against it. Unless they're completely naive and think Labo would be the primary focus for Nintendo going forward.

who care if it fails or succeeds it doesn't add anything for gamers, which is what people on this site are. it doesn't really help gaming just look at wii success it made Microsoft focus on shovelware.  

Success = more money = more R&D = better games and hardware in the future. It does benefit gamers both directly and indirectly
