I still think 10-12TF is more likely than 15+. I mean an AMD RX 580 which is ~6 Tflops, so about what's in the XBO X, costs around $360. I just don't see a machine more than 12TF being viable for a reasonable price, even launching in 2020.
One things for sure though, the CPU next-gen is going to see a massive increase compared to Jaguar. The gap isn't all about those flops.
