I'd feel that way if it happened more often on both sides, but it seems to only happen on one side for really old games, while not the same for new ones.

Like I said in another thread, PC doesn't have that kind of power to lock down a game via money or via company ownership.

PCs don't really need the ability to artificially create exclusive titles.
If you want to build something that does interesting things, you kind of need to build it for PCs anyway.

Valve's outward viewpoint on exclusives isn't positive, in their favor of them.
Meaning Valve doesn't like the general idea of the practice.
Valve also apparently strongly dislikes working in closed environments (consoles and mobile phones).
