The PC makes the Xbox One X look like a calculator. 4k? Please. PC can exceed that, by several multiples.
There is more to the system than just resolution and performance.
* You have cost. - Xbox One X is more expensive.
* Controllers. - Personal preference, some people prefer Symmetrical analogue sticks, some prefer Asymmetrical. My preference depends on the type of game personally. Fighters = Symmetrical, FPS = Asymmetrical.
* Online network. - Xbox has the advantage here no doubt.
* Amount of games. - Playstation 4 wins with an 18.5% larger library.
* Number of exclusives. - Playstation 4 wins hands down. Can't even remember the last Xbox One exclusive, games on PC don't count.
* Other features like Hard Drive support, Media support and so on can fall in favor of either console. I.E. Internal up-gradable drives in the Playstation 4, 4k Blu-Ray on the Xbox One.
In short, if you own either an Xbox One X or Playstation 4, you would have certainly weighed up the Pro's and Con's of each platform and made an appropriate purchasing decision the meets your own needs/wants and desires. - Thus there is no wrong purchasing choice.
Considering that the main benefit the Xbox One X brings over the Playstation 4 Pro is resolution... Not everyone is going to actually care if it's the technically superior platform. Heck, people were proclaiming how amazing Uncharted was last generation visually despite it being rendered at only 720P~. And yet... PC had 4k back in 2001 during the PS2's reign and you didn't see console games magically jump ship.
In the end... The Xbox One X isn't providing visual a generation ahead of the Pro. A purchaser of either platform would likely be happy with either purchase.
That depends. Graphics can increase immersion which results in an increase in enjoyment.
I have a spare PC that dates back to the Wii era. It can run Doom better than the Switch. How many console generations has Nintendo gone through? ;)
Those platform costs are cumulative.

Sure the main difference between X1X and PS4Pro is the resolution (with the price it makes), and certainly if you play the same game on both and they were correctly ported the one in X1X will look better and you will enjoy more. The only problem on that I pointed is that I basically play majorly (like 90%) exclusives, so for that X1X wouldn't do me much good.

Who bashed Switch price and it's graphic in this thread? I must wonder

So criticizing Switch graphics on a thread talking about graphics is bashing? In what type of world criticism torwards a company is worst than personal insults?

Correct, so no need to buy console as long as PC will have all the games of them. I only want to ask you a question: i want to play Xenoblade 2 and next Fire Emblem on the go right now, any option? Also, i have no interest in those pc games you mentioned, i don't want my favorite series die because piracy either, i only pirate game that is not on Nintendo systems
|
Yes accuse me of a lot of things and them put your high horse to confess you pirate as long as it isn't on a Nintendo system.

Yes, you bashed the price point of Switch but ignored on purpose it used a small mobile chip then compared it to the newest, biggest home console which is $500. Yeah, sound right. I don't see you criticize Vita price when it is near $300 and still way weaker than ps3, 540p is not even HD. Why don't you criticize Sony for drop vita support as well as keep vita games in JP while ps4 games were bring to the West and don't have any intention for the next successor of vita?
All my favorite series are on Nin systems, in other words, all are Nintendo first/second party games, of course, i support them because i don't want them disappear, the other games on other systems, not so much. I play them because curious, i only play a bit and then leave it, why waste money for games i have no desire to finish? They can sell amazing or fail then die off, meaningless to me
