I got quite a few ideas. First and foremost FF Versus XIII. Now with that out of the way:
An Elder Scrolls like game set in Ancient Greece with mythological beasts, gods and powers.
A super high budget Dynasty Warriors, Samurai Warriors, Kessen, Romance of the three kingdoms, etc.
A space RPG, the MC is an adaptation specialist, one could say an alien. They can use any technology that the planet they are on uses. As they level up and get stronger of course they get better technology in the new planets and better skills etc.
