Of course not. PC aside, the better looking, better performing version of the game is the way to go. Since this criteria rarely applies to the Switch version of most games (and I'm being generous here), the Switch's only charm is first party and/or exclusives. I drive, so playing on the go is a non-issue for me. I would try, but my insurance premiums might go through the roof.
