Slightly?  Its MUCH faster.  And uses much less memory.

Glad to see they've solved (or reduced) the memory issues, I remember when browsing for a few hours meant hundreds (or thousands) of MBs of memory occupied.

Yeah, it seems much faster indeed. Hope it stays this way :)
