Well, I wasn't thinking of child porn, and obviously it couldn't be child porn, but maybe a game that used sex traffickers as the antagonists could work.

It's because you say you want to make I so that playing it makes you feel disturbed. That makes its sounds like you're playing the sex trafficker and committing the obscene acts.
